Creative deliverables in 3 major phases

1. Research
This initial phase is extremely crucial to a successful design. Research can only be successful with the right perspective and gathering of information. This phase can include (but is not limited to):
- Ethnographic Research
- Demographic Research
- Content Audit
- User, Stakeholder Interviews
- Qualitative, quantitative research
2. Strategize
With the information we’ve gathered and analysed from phase 1, we not begin to construct a plan of attack for the most optimal outcome. Procedures can include (but are not limited to):
- Persona Creatiion
- Focus Groups, JAD sessions
- User goal Analysis
- Market, Social Media Positioning
- Mindmapping
3. Design
When we’ve established an attack plan, we then mock it up. Procedures can include (but are not limited to):
- Information Architecture
- Interactive Process Flow
- Wireframes
- Prototyping
- Iterative Design Evaluations
Assess
Upon completion & implementation of the final design, an evaluation is necessary to assess the effectiveness of the design’s purpose. This may include user feedback, usability testing and stats analysis.
